CLAIM AGAINST DAIRY COMPANY [ Per Prest Association. ] CHRISTCHURCH, March 4. An important test case, involving farmers’ interests, camo formally before the Magistrate to-day and was removed to the Supremo Court. Walter Frederick Kerr sued the Avon Dairy Company for £l4, balance or purchase price claimed to be due on butter fat. The company went into liquidation in 1925. It was stated tliat about £5OOO is involved in respect or all the suppliers. Other companies arc also interested in the decision.
