THE DOINGS OF CHARLES SOMEWHERE ON THE RIVIERA RETURN TO RUMANIA DENIED PARIS, Dec. 27. It is reliably reported that the former Rumanian Crown Prince Charles’ romance with Madame Lupescu is terminated. Charles left Neuilly and Madame Lupescu remained behind. He is believed to be somewhere on the Riviera, but no authentic information is available. Rumours that he hbs returned to Rumania are discredited.
