RESPONSIBLE GOVERNMENT NATIONALIST LEADER’S DEMAND EFFECT OF INTERNAL STRIFE DELHI, Dee. 27. At the annual meeting of the Indian National Congress, the President, Srinivasa Iyengar, of Madras, called for the mobiligfetion of all forces to issue a demand for a revision of the Government of India Act, with a view to establishing full responsible Government in India. He claimed that the result of the elections constituted an unmistakable endorsement of this demand. He confessed that the visioa of the Swartaj became somewhat dim with the du?t of internal strife, this being an allusion to the gravity of the HinduMoslem quarrels.
