BUILDING DELAYED
SHORTAGE OF PLASTERERS FELT ALL OVER DOMINION (Per Press Association) DUNEDIN, Dec. 7. At h meeting of the Education Board the architect reported that it was useless to try to force on certain. works, as the scarcity of experienced plasterers was being felt all over the Dominion, and many contractors were being seriously inconvenienced.
