WELLINGTON CHINESE FINED (Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, May 3. Low Kum, a Chinese previously imprisoned for a similar offence in 1923, pleaded guilty at the Magistrate’s Court to keeping a common gaming house. He was fined £3O or two months’ imprisonment. The place was used for pakapoo. Another Chinese was fined £2 or seven days’ imprisonment for being on the premises.
