A MISSING PARTY POLICE AWAITING WORD MORE SEARCHES TO GO OUT [Per Press Association] INVERCARGILL, Feb. 13. Regarding the missing men at Martin’s Bay, the police are. awaiting a report fropi two experienced men, Bigger and Simmers, who left Glenorchy on February 9, and arc expected to return to Queenstown on the 19th. If no trace is found, a larger party will be despatched. As the men intended to do some prospecting, serious apprehension is not felt. They have ample supplies, and fish and game are plentiful. Mr Kane, who has returned from "Martin’s Bay to Queenstown, reported that he saw the party a few days previously, when all were well.
