LATEST LONDON REPORT. Received Feb. 12, 5.5 p.m. LONDON, Feb. 11. Wheat.—Cargoes are dull at 3d to 9d lower owing to the decline in the Argentine exchange and the imminence of heavy deliveries. There is good demand for tonnage, Australia to Japan. Parcels are slow at 6d to Is 6d decline. Liverpool futures: March Ils May (buyers) Ils 6|d, July (buyers), Ils 5 l-Bd. The spot trade is dull. Australia, ex ship, 625. Flour is quiet. Australian, ex store, 46s 9d. Oats are dull, A Gartons 33s to 345. Peas.—Maples in good demand. Tasmanian 85s to 90s, New Zealand 75s to 80s. Blues arc quiet. Tasmanian 240 s to 3605, New Zealand 240 s to 3405. New Zealand beans 44s to 465. VICTORIAN QUOTATIONS MELBOURNE, Feb. 12. Wheat 6s lid; oats, 4s to 4s 4d ; barley (English) 4s 6d; Cape, 4s.
