GALE AND SNOWSTORM THREE BOATS LOST EIGHT MEN DROWNED * Received Feb. 4, 10.45 p.m. NEW YORK, Feb. 3. At Ashbury Park. New Jersey, eight were drowned when throe barges foundered in a snowstorm and gale.
