Feb. ♦ The Government Meteorologist’ll forecast is as follows: Indications are for westerly breezes northwards of New Plymouth and Napier, westerlies freshening elsewhere. Weather fair to cloudy generally, but changeable conditions and scattered rain likely soon in districts with a westerly aspect. Barometer falling in the south.
