THE REDHEAD COLLIERY INSPECTION APTER THE EXPLOSION FATAL NEGLECT OF DUTY SYDNEY, Feb. 3. Inspectors who visited Redhead Colliery after the explosion on .January 21, from which four miners died, report that they found no inflammable gas. They are of opinion that the deputies responsible for examination of waste workings at the top seam were neglectful in their duties, as no dates could be found to establish their having examined them. They recommend that all naked lights bo withdrawn from the mine.
