HIS MAJESTY’S THEATRE. “SOUTHERN LOVE” AND “THE MIDNIGHT GIRL.” Beautiful Betty Blyth, queen of spectacle, appears iu another magnificent production made by a British producing company. Her newest appearance is in Graham Wilcox’s “Southern Love,” which was filmed in Spain. All movie fans remember Betty Blyth in “The Queen of Sheba,” and no one could ever forget “Chu Chin Chow,” i shown at this Theatre last year, but [“Southern Love” is destined to become a permanent fixture in the memories of all who sec this work of art. Tho “Midnight Girl,” featuring Lila Lee and Gareth Hughes, is another big feature at His Majesty’s to-night, while short subjects include comedies and gazettes. Seats may be reserved by telephoning the theatre, 2863. HOLIDAY PROGRAMMES.

On Christmas night the management of His Majesty’s Theatre will be screening a special programme for that evening only. Captain Bruco Bainsfathcr’s story of Aladdin’s wonderful lamp, under the title of “Alf’s Button,” will be the star attraction. This is the favourite picture of the Prince of Wales. Tho second big attraction is “Maytime,” tho romance of three ages. Commencing Saturday at tho matinee is the one and only Charlie Chaplin as “Tho Fireman;” the second big attraction is a gorgeous production, entitled “Cheap Kisses,” featuring Cullen Landis and Lillian Rich. The third big attraction brings back charming Irene Castle in “No Trespassing,” a story of sunshine and laughter. Short subjects will include comedies and Gazette.
