DISAFFECTING INDIANS. LONDON, Dec. 8. The Communist propaganda has spread to Oxford, where two non Indians have been secretly lattempting to form a revolutionary group among Indian undergraduates. It is reported that they approached selected men, enjoining strict secrecy, and it was arranged that all Indian members of the organisation should be enrolled under assumed non-Indian names.
