STEAMER'S PERILOUS LIST EXCITING SITUATION MELBOURNE, Oct. 21
Tho Japanese freighter Fuji Mani arrived -with a list of twenty degrees to starboard, and while stevedores working on the wharf were trying to restore her to an even keel, she heeled over to port until she made an angle of 22 degrees with tho water. The vessel is in a perilous position, and efforts are being made to shift the cargo to starboard.
