VISIT TO NAPIER [Per Press Association.] NAPIER, Oct. 21. The Governor-General and Lady Alice Fergusson arrived in Napier this evening, and were accorded an enthusiastic reeeptiou at a public gathering. His Excellency will officially open the new A. and P. showgrounds at Tomoana to-morrow.
