BRITISH PRESS OPINION
GENERALLY FAVOURABLE. Received Oct. 20, 9.35 p.m. LONDON, Oct. 20. Diplomatic writers have not had time fully to analyse the Pact and treaties, which occupy over five columns in the “Morning Post,” but the text appears to be generally well received. The “Daily Telegraph” stresses the fact that Britain retains full right to judge whether an act has been committed caling for British intervention.
