SIR ANDREW RUSSELL ACCEPTS CHAIRMANSHIP [Per Press Association.! WELLINGTON, Oct. 19. General Sir Andrew Russell, who is at present in England, has cabled NTr A. Leigh Hunt, deputy-chairman of the recently-formed Dominion Settlement Association, accepting chairmanship of the association. Sir Andrew Russell is expected back in New Zealand early in 1926, and will bring out with him the latest information on the immigration movement from leading organisations in the Old Country. He is a wellknown authority on immigration matters.
