PROPERTY VALUED AT TEN MILLIONS HANDED BACK BY GERMAN COURT Received Oct. 19, 5.5 p.m. BERLIN, Oct. 19. The Court allowed the claim of Ernest, Duke of Cumberland, to property valued at ten millions seized during the revolution. The property includes 52,320 acres.
