WOMAN BURNED to death AVIATOR. SERIOUSLY INJURED. Received October 19. 8.45 p.m. PARIS, Oct. 19. ‘Engine trouble forced an army aviator to descend at Nimes. After repairs had been effected, he prepared to reascend, when a woman begged a trip, having never been in an aeroplane. As the machine left the ground it swerved and crashed. The petrol tank burst into flames. The woman was burned to death and the pilot burned seriously.
