COLERIDGE TUNNEL FATALITY.

INQUEST ON A VICTIM (Per Press Association.] CHRISTCHURCH, Oct. 19. An inquest on the body of Archibald McFarlane, a victim of the tunnel accident at Lake Coleridge, was opened to-day at the scene of the tragedy. After evidence of identification had been taken, the inquest was adjourned until the bodies of Green and Archer had been recovered, or until the work of recovery had been abandoned. The work of continuing a drive in order to try to rescue the bodies of Green and McDonald was continued today.
