COMMUNISTS ARRESTED

ROUND-UP IN POLAND WARSAW, Oct. 18. The political police in Vilna arrested 200 Communists, including the director of a Jewish college, and many pupils. Simultaneously over 100 Communists were arrested in Cracow and Grodno. The police in Grodno found arms and explosives, and instructions from Moscow.
