Kershaw, the well-known international, writing in the “Sundlay Express” says that an overwhelming majority of Rugby men support Mr. Hill in the notable stand he is taking on behalf of the Dominions. Obviously it is fair that New Zealand should have a voice in the control of Rugby. It is absurd to fob off the Dominions with an offer of a conference once in three yeiars.
