MR COOK PROTESTS
ARREST OF COMMUNISTS NOT “BRITISH JUSTICE” LONDON, Oct. 18. Mr A. J. Cook, on behalf of the Miners’ Federation, has written to Sir W. Joynson Hicks, protesting against the arrest of the Communist leaders and declaring that the method adopted is contrary to every tradition of British justice and fair play.
