SON CHARGED WITH MURDER

THE ALBANY TRAGEDY. SYDNEY, July 22. At the inquest on Daniel Henry James Murray, the coroner found that deceased met his death at the hands of his son, Harry William Murray, and committed the son for trial. Evidence was given that the father, who had been drinking, quarrelled with his son, and said to him, “I will fix you my lad.” He followed him across a paddock. The son got a gun to frighten his father, and it went off when they were struggling together.
