£30,000 DAMAGE
BOOT FACTORY BURNED. Received Julv 12, 5.5 p.m. MELBOURNE, July 12. Pavne’s boot factory at Collingwood was destroyed by fire. The damage is estimated at £30,000. The blaze was accompanied and intensified by a series of loud explosions caused by petrol stored in the promises for finishing purposes.
