A COMPULSORY CONFERENCE. Received June 30, 10.40 p.m. SYDNEY, June 30. The compulsory conference of owners and coal miners commenced to discuss the miners’ claims for a minimum wag? of £5 10s per week and a seven hours day. The proceedings were held in camera.
