Received June 30, 10.40 p.m. (Reuter; TOKIO, June 30. Ambassador Tanaka left for Moscow, accompanied by Admiral Nadasato and other members of the reorganised Saghalicn Oil Company. They are proceeding to Moscow to negotiate details of the concession promised by the Rus-so-Japan Treaty.
