■, - NAPIER SESSIONS NAPIER, Feb. 26. Supreme Court sentences arc:— Frank Fitzwilliam for theft, six months’ hard labour; John Francis Jack, for false pretences and forgery, two years’ reformative treatment; Thomas Gilhoolcy, for indecent assault on girls, three and five, years of age, five years’ hard labour. Frederick Huia Workman who pleaded guilty to the theft of articles received two years’ probation and was ordered to make restitution and not to gamble or drink to excess.
