BRITISH AIRCRAFT BANNED BY GERMANY. LONDON, July 7. The German denial that Germany wks withdrawing the license permittliig Britain’s big aircraft to land in Germany after July 1 proved inaccurate. It is disclosed that none of the British Imperial Airway’s new fleet ot super-air liners have flown via Germany since last Tuesday. Under the German ban they have been forced to substitute one small tour-passenger aeroplane, which conforms with the restrictions imposed on Germany b ythe Versailles Treaty. Serious international complications have resulted from Britain’s unavailing efforts to secure the lifting of the ban. Francg is greatly alarmed and fears that Britain, m an endeavour to safeguard her flying industry, will insist on a modification of the Versailles Treaty favourable to Germany.
