COST OF RECONSTRUCTION. TEN MILLIONS STERLING. Received July 8, 9.45 p.m. SYDNEY, July 8. The City Surveyor, in a report states that to thoroughly reconstruct and make the streets of Sydney fit for traffic, he will require a staff of University graduates in engineering. The work will cost ten millions sterling and take twenty years to complete.
