MUSSOLINI’S POLICY CONDEMNED BY MATTEOTTI LONDON, June 29. The July issue of English Life contains an article by the late Signor Matteotti, condemning Signor Mussolini’s policy, which he declares is dependent upon violence and political perversion. He alleges sinister commercial activities by high officials. ALL MINISTERS RESIGN ROME, June 28. All Ministers have resigned. The Opposition groups met and unanimously resolved not to participate in Parliamentary work until the Fascist! militia is disbanded.
