The Daily News’ Paris correspondent says: Messages from the Spanish frontier indicate that critical events are pending in Madrid. General De Rivera’s dictatorship is threatened owing to division in the army following the removal of General Berenguer, formerly commanding in Morocco. The Madrid garrison is confined to barracks. The police and civil guards have received special instructions. Berengucr’s friends are being closely watched. Strict censorship is being maintained.
