THE RAILWAY COMMISSION
PERSONNEL NOT YET DECIDED UPON. (Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, May 7. The personnel of the Commission which is to inquire into the railwaymen’s grievances and the administration of the New Zealand railway system, has not yet been decided upon. To-day the Minister for Railways (Mr J. G. Coates), and the General Manager (Mr R. W. McVilly), and other officers again conferred with representatives of the executive of the A.S.R.S. The Minister stated to-night that the Commission will be set up as soon as can be accomplishe.
