UNITED METHODISTS’ BROTHERHOOD. Received Mav 6, 7.30 p.m. (Reuter). NEW YORK, May 6. A telegram from Springfield, Massachusetts, says: The uniting of American with British, Australia and other Methodists in the cause of world peace was urged at the Methodist Episcopal general conference by Rev. W. McCutcheon, Melbourne, who suggested that the conference send a radio to Britain and Australia asking for a United Brotherhood. “You will hear us reply, ‘You lead and we will follow. Let’s forget ancient grudges.’ ”
