MR. COSGRAVE TO RESIGN. LONDON, March 26. It is persistently rumoured in Dublin that Mr. Cosgrave (President of Executive) is about to resign. The strain of the recent months has affected his health, and he is only withholding his resignation owing to the position resulting from the Queenstown outrage. THE QUEENSTOWN SHOOTING. EMOTIONAL SPEECH BY MR. COSGRAVE. LONDON, March 26. Mr. Cosgrave, in an emotional speech in the Dail, condemned the Queenstown shooting as a dastardly outrage against defenceless soldiers.
