THE GOLD FEVER
RUSH TO ARDLETHAN. Received March 27, 10.30 p.m. SYDNEY, March 27. Excitement over the Ardlethan gold find continues. All sorts of vehicles are arriving from the surrounding townships with large parties. The find was made in private ground. The warden’s bailiff, after a visit to the field, says there are prospects of good payable gold, but nothing yet to warrant a rush.
