RECOGNITION OF SOVIET. Received March 27, 11.5 p.m. OTTAWA, March 26. “Canada is prepared to recognise the Russian Soviet Government in the best interests of both countries,’’ Premier King wrote to M. Ayasikoff, agent of the Russian Government, who asked if the de jure recognition of Russia by Britain signified recognition by Canada.
