Sheep.—Small yarding; sold considerably higher than last week. Extra heavy prime wethers, £2; good, 32s to 3os; unfinished, 29s to 31s; best ewes to 36s 3d; good 31s to 335; others, 27s to 30s; Plgs - —Short market; sold at advanced rates. Choppers, £3 10s to £4 10s; heavy baconers, £5 to £5 10s; medium beconers and heavy porkers, £3 15s to £4 TOs; pork- ®^ s ’. £2 . 15s to £3 10s; lar ge stores, £1 to £1 15s; slips, 19s; weaners, 8s to 15s. Calves.— Smaller market; met with keen competition. Runners, £3 15s to £4 6s; heavy vealers, £2’ 15s to £3 19s; medium vealers, £1 10s to £2 12s; fresh dropped 4s to 10s.
