(Per Press Assocaition). AUCKLAND, July 11. At the Supreme Court, John William I ates and Elvin Lawrence Larsen, for breaking, entering, and theft at Te Kuiti (Larsen also with attempting to break and enter) were each sentenced to reformative treatment, Lar. sen not exceeding three years and Pates not exceeding two years. Frederick Linto, a youth at present undergoing reformative treatment for a series of offences, appeared in respect of a charge of breaking, entering and theft at Christchurch. His Honour didn’t add to the present sentence, saying ha would leave it to the Prisons’ Board.
