Atkinson Jias been appointed referee. The Rangitikei team han suffered through Peina, Kingi, and Pataka touring with the N.Z. Native team and G. Hartley still unable to Play through a broken wrist. Nevertheless the forward team is one of the ■jest, that has yet represented Rangitikei, whilst the backs are a smart and nippy combination. The colours i of the team arc green. Following is the team; Full-back, AV. Terry; three- 1 quarters, K. Bailey, I). Cameron, J. lotaka; five-eighths, Nero Kane and Raukawa; half. B. Say well; forwards, R. Clemance, W. Kane, K. Cameron, M ilson, A. Harre, A. Cameron, Heise and A Henwood. Emergencies : I. Gifford and R. McKay (backs), W. Christie and Cunningham (forwards). AIANAGEMENT COMMITTEE. The Management Committee met on luesday evening, -.here being present -Messrs A. Way 11. J Cameron, C. C. McDonald, C. E. Gibbons. L. J. Thompson. B. Whitcombe, D Howard, L. Ilammoud, A. Rhodes and J. Greaves (secretary). It was decided to re-open the case of the three suspended Tokorangi players for rough play in the TokorangiI urakma senior match at Turakina on June 9th, and after hearing the evidence of the offerding players and oiricials of the Tokorangi Club it was cecided not to alter the previous finding, with the result that two players are on the Imo for the season and one player lor two playing Saturdays. Mr Howard was deputed to arrange, if possible, for the match with Oroua Sub-Lnion to be played at Bulls on loth August. An application was received from the East Coast Rugby Union (Whareponga) icr a representative match with Rangiiisei when their team is o'n tour during August.—Secretary was instructed to wire and ascertain probable date of arrival at Alarcon. A request was received from the Upper I utaenui players for a match with the Farmers for the Todd Cup.—Left in hands of president to arrange. JUNIOR REP TRIAL MATCH. The above representative trial match was played o-r the Marton Park on Wednesday. Both sides were fairly representative of their districts. The'play was fast and strenuous, North winning l.y 8 points to 7. CRJBBAGE TOURNAMENT. The final round of the cribbage tournament \vas played on AVednesday ; between Upper Tutaenui and Druids, the former winning by 24 games to is’ I ! pper lutacnm, horcs-ters and Druids are now level, anil another round will be played. Foresters and Upper Tutaenui will play next AV ednesday night.
