ENGINEERS TO REPORT

I he n airau River Board has appointed Messrs \ ickerman and Lancaster, of Wellington, the board’s engineers, to make a survey of the river fiats from Vvaihopai to the sea, covering some 90 .square miles; also to report on the hydraulic and flood conditions of the rivers. outlining a scheme on economic lines to give relief from floods.
