WOMEN’S CONFERENCE

Received May 17, 8.30 p.m. ROME, May 11. The Women’s International Congress discussed whether women should join existing political parties or form their own. Ihe general feeling was against the latter course. Congress appointed a committee to consider the lest method of increasing the number of women members of Parliament.
