MOTOR SHIP HELD UP
LITIGATION AT SUVA. Received May 17, 7.30 p.m. SUVA, May 17. The motor ship Giesha, from London via Japan, is alleged to have landed damaged cargo, and the Horne Company has issued a writ claiming £2438 damages. The ship is held up pending guarantees from the insurance club.
