DOOLEY-McGIRR FACTIONS.

SYDNEY, March 10. The Australian Labour Party Executive elected Mr. J. J. McGirr leader of the State Party as a counterblast to the Parliamentary’s Party motion expressing renewed confidence in Mr. Dooley. Mr. McGirr is the only member of the party who has been nominated. As the executive has given the supporters of Mr. Dooley seven days to signify acceptance of Mr. McGirr, it is antioipated a serious split will occur in the interim.
