CAN YOU HELP? Th© wet and miserable weather of the past few days has accentuated the hardship experienced by families of unemployed men in Wanganui. Despite what has been done to relieve distress, much yet remains to be done, and many men are still looking for jobs. r l'he “ Find a Job” Committee are doing their best to secure employment for these men, and, thanks to the co-operation of the public, have succeeded in a most satisfactory way. The Committee still have men whom they have not been able to place in positions, and they earnestly appeal to the public to help. No matter how , small the work you want done about , your house may be, let the “ Find a 1 Job” Committee know, and they will provide a man to do the job. Do your ; best to help in this great mission.
