BUSINESS NOTES

Searchers for house property will be interested in an advertisement which appears in another column dealing with a sale by Messrs Wright, Stephenson and Co., Ltd., of Mr F. L. Anderson’s valuable property in Gonville. Situated on a hill, the house commands a very extensive view and is in one of the healthiest localities in Wanganui district besides being convenient to the tram line and easy to get at. The grounds are well laid out there being a very large flower garden and a tennis court in front, and a vegetable garden behind the house. The section is an unusually large one and for this reason the property is much more desirable than is usually the case with houses of this size. The house is thoroughly well built throughout and in first-class order. Intending purchasers will be shown over this morning by interviewing the auctioneers. Messrs Wright, Stephenson and Co., Ltd.
