SPOILING EASTER HOLIDAYS. Received April 17, 1 a.m. LONDON, April 16. A heavy gale is spoiling the Easter Holidays. Shipping is sheltering. Several sailors were washed overboard and othres were injured. Two liners from India and West Africa were unable to land passengers at Plymouth.
