NO TRIBUNAL YET APPOINTED. SYDNEY’, Jan. 10. It is stated at the Trades Hall that Air Hughes has declined to appoint a. tribunal unless both parlies requested it. MELBOURNE WITHOUT TRAINS. MELBOURNE, Jan. 10. The city is without either train or tram service. The junior tram employees have been put off one week in three, and the seniors will work’quarter time. A conference of transport workers will meet on Wednesday.
