He is prepared to finance clients into these or other properties. AUCTION SALE TO-MORROW (SATURDAY). Messrs Smith, Beauchamp and Co. call attention to the particulars in the auction columns of the contents of a well-stocked grocery and general store, plant, etc., to be sold by public auction on Saturday (to-morrow) at 12.30 p.m at the Diggers’ Store, corner Liverpool and Bell Streets. The sale includes groceries of all descriptions, drapery, plant, horse aud eart, and numerous sundries. The public will be well advised to attend this sale and procure their grocery requirements.
