EXTREMISTS IN SYDNEY.
EFFORT TO CONTROL UNIONS. SYDNEY, Nov. 3. Mr. Garden, secretary of the Labour Council, has announced that a combination of the Socialist Party and the Industrial Workers of the World, under the title of the Communist Party, is aiming to control Unionism and endeavour to overthrow capitalism. The Socialist party, disagreeing with the scheme, has expelled Mr. Garden.
