SEAPLANE RACE.
WON BY AN ITALIAN,
LONDON, September 11
Janellos, an Italian, alpne, completed the course in the Bournemouth seaplane race, his average speed being two miles a minute. A heavy mist interfered with and forced Hawker and another to descend after the first lap, they being unable to find the mr.rkboat.
Later. Janello was disqualified for failing to pass the outside mark-boat*
